Plan is one of the oldest and largest international developmental agencies in the world. When Plan Norway began working on their biggest online campaign to date, Divensis was brought in early in the process.
The campaigns goal was to put focus on girls and their current situation in poor parts of the world. Our solution was a site that allowed people to upload their face to the campaign site, and thereby giving the cause a face. Your picture would be coloured pink, and appear in the site's sliding wall of faces, as well as in other social sites of your choice.
The campaign turned out a huge success upon launch. This sliding wall counted 10,000 an hour after launch! As the campaign ended, 124,000 had donated their face to the cause.
The campaign was awarded two silver awards at The Golden Tag 2010, in the categories "Best web campaign, community information" and "Best internet strategy".
